About Bountiful Bodyworks

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.” ~ Rumi

Brookelle is the founder of Bountiful Bodyworks. She was raised among the glow of fireflies in a small rural town in Arkansas, where barefoot summers, river swims, and quiet forest walks nurtured her connection to the body and the land. From an early age, she developed a reverence for the natural rhythms of life—learning to listen closely, move slowly, and care deeply. This embodied way of being laid the foundation for her healing work.

She is passionate about helping people find relief and balance through strengthening their inner resources and resiliency. In addition to massage she offers tools for preventive care and long term well-being in additional to energy work.

Her dedication to her craft has led her to travel and study worldwide – garnering global solutions to the every day challenges the body and mind encounter.

Brookelle has spent months in Asia training in the lush foothills of the Himalayas in India, under the illuminating Thailand sunshine skies, and upon Japans cherry blossom laden land.

Enriched with these immersive trainings she weaves Eastern modalities for health into a holistic multicultural approach toward wellness. Brookelle offers Table Thai Massage, Therapeutic Yogic lifestyle support and a blend of energy practices including Reiki training gained in Japan.

You have to feel it to heal it…

Bodywork helps you not only heal but to reconnect and feel parts of your body long forgotten.

We numb ourselves to pain and discomfort...

The good news is, you DON'T have to live

in this limiting way.

Together we can address the pain and break the vicious cycles it creates.

Brookelle is a certified Yoga teacher with trainings in Vinyassa, Hatha, and Kundalini Yoga. She has shared her practice locally in Olympia, throughout the country for various retreats and gatherings.

A consistent Yoga practice has helped her heal her own back pain related to scoliosis, as such she finds fulfilment in sharing these tools and resources with others in an accessible easy to approach way.

Additionally she finds delight in offering introductory Craniosacral sessions and of course the typical feel good massage sessions weaving together her experiential wisdom of Swedish, Myofascial work, Cupping, etc.

When not hiking, traveling, cooking, practicing yoga/meditation or studying she is happy to be connecting with clients for sessions to support them on this lifelong journey of well-being.
